Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Unopened Products Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Opened Products Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee or tea. However, if you're unhappy with the quality, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
